A Darlington man has been charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor, warrants show.
According to an arrest warrant, Octavious Bryan Burns, of Quincy Lane in Darlington, has been charged with criminal sexual conduct with minor or attempt, victim under 11 years of age, first degree.
The warrant says that on or about December 26 in the Timmonsville area of Darlington County, Burns “did commit the offense of criminal sexual conduct with a minor, first degree,” says the warrant. “Probable cause was obtained through evidence, witness statements, and victim’s statements.”
