DARLINGTON, SC (WBTW) – A Darlington County man has been arrested on child pornography charges.
Johnny Calhoun McInville, III, 48, of Darlington, was arrested “on one charge connected to the sexual exploitation of a minor,” according to a press release from the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office. Investigators allege that McInville possessed child pornography.
He was arrested on Monday, the release said. He is charged with “one count of sexual exploitation of a minor, third degree,” which is “a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment.”
