WAVERLY, Tenn.  – The son of country singer Craig Morgan remains missing after an intertubing accident that occurred Sunday afternoon on the Kentucky Lake.

Jerry Greer and another tuber collided near Masons Boat Dock around 4 p.m. and did not resurface.

The other tuber was not seriously hurt.

Investigators from at least 10 different agencies aided in the search Monday morning. Officials said the search area is large and encompasses between five and 10 acres.

The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency brought military-grade SONAR equipment, capable of seeing clearly underwater.

The TWRA said the equipment helped them made close to 30 recoveries in the past three years.

The Morgan family said they are grateful for everyone’s support and prayers during this time.

Greer recently graduated from Dickson County High School.
