HORRY COUNTY, SC (WBTW) – Council gave the green light to build more than 200 tiny homes on the south end of the Grand strand.
The development will go up in the Garden City area on about 25 acres of land off Kings Highway next to Tupelo Bay Golf Center.
The houses will range between 600 and 2,000 square feet.
