CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – The Conway Police Department confirmed one person died after a two-car wreck.
Horry County Deputy Coroner Michelle McSpadden says Billy Wayne Hensley, Sr., 64, originally of Rock Hill, SC but was living near the Conway area died. He died of injuries sustained in the collision.
Conway police say the crash happened Saturday morning around 5:30. Conway police responded to the collision on Highway 501 near Depot Road.
Emergency officials took four others to the hospital.
Identity of the fatality victim is unavailable at this time pending notification of immediate family members.
Conway police continue to investigate.
