CONWAY (WBTW) – Horry County police were on scene investigating a homicide near a convenience store in Conway Saturday afternoon.
Sgt. John Martin with the Horry County Police Department says a man was found dead inside a home near Gerald’s Convenience on U.S. 701 just before 2 p.m., Saturday.
Horry County Deputy Coroner, Tony Hendrick, said the victim was 36-year-old Charles A. Willis from Conway. He was pronounced dead at 2:30 pm with multiple gun shot wounds.
Horry County police are not releasing any additional information at this time.
