HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW)- The Horry County Police Department and the Horry County Coroner’s Office are investigating a drowning that occurred Sunday near Hughes Landing.
According to Deputy Coroner Michelle McSpadden, the drowning took place near Hughes Landing in Horry County.
McSpadden identified the victim as 18-year-old Robert Tyler Arrington of Conway.
