CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – One Conway man is charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor (under 11), first degree.
According to an incident report, Horry County police were called in December to a school after personnel say a student wasn’t in class. Police found the student in a restroom stall. The student had his school-issued iPad with him in the stall.
Police found the student had been on a pornography site. The student said, Justin Dillon Evans, 18, had shown him the site. The victim said Evans had done things to him for 3 or 4 years. He said it started in 2011 with the suspect showing him nude photos of females and males.
The victim said Evans started forcing him to do things with him. The victim said he tried to get him to touch him inappropriately.
No bail has been set yet.
