Conway Police: Suspect robs Chinese restaurant in cowboy hat with knife

CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – Police are searching for a suspect they say robbed a Chinese restaurant at knifepoint, wearing a cowboy hat.

At about 8:36 p.m. on Monday, a man with a knife entered the Conway Chinese Restaurant on Church Street demanding money with a knife, police report.

The suspect fits this description:

• Light skinned black male 
• Between 5’10” – 6’ 
• Last seen wearing a cowboy hat, long-sleeve flannel shirt, and blue jeans 
• Between 40-50 years old
• No injuries were reported.
