CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – The Conway Police Department asks for the community’s help in finding two men who took money from a woman but never made repairs to her home as they claimed.
Eddie Ohara, 45, and 43-year-old Bryan Ohara of Clearwater, SC, are wanted for obtaining goods under false pretenses. The victim told police that two men, claiming to be handymen, went into her home on Sherwood Drive in Conway in November. She says the men told her she needed repairs to her home.
The men then told her they completed the repairs and took payment, police report. The victim was able to determine the repairs had not been done and the men did not work for any company.
An investigation led to warrants being obtained for Eddie Ohara and Bryan Ohara.Anyone with any information on the location of either subject is asked to contact Detective Watford at 843-248-1790.
