CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – On June 12 officers of the Conway Police Department responded to a report of an assault that took place in the area of 1717 Racepath Avenue in Conway.
The victim reported that the suspect grabbed her by her arm and forced her to walk away from the location and presented a handgun and threatened her life.
The suspect then let the victim go and she immediately contacted police.
This investigation led to warrants being issued for the following subject for assault 1st degree and pointing and presenting a firearm:
Christopher Willis Mitchell, 25, of Conway. Mitchell was last known to live in the area of Warf Drive in Conway and is approximately 6’03” and 200lbs.
