CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – Police seek the public’s help identifying a suspect in connection with a shoplifting and assault incident at Food Lion.
An employee at the Food Lion at 3320 Fourth Avenue in Conway told police a woman concealed several items and attempted to leave the store without paying, according to the report.
The employee said he confronted her, but she assaulted him and left in a dark colored sedan, according to the report. The incident happened on Saturday.
Photographs of the suspect and the vehicle were obtained.
