CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – Officers with the Conway Police Department have arrested two people in connection to an armed robbery that happened Friday.

The release from Lt. Selena Small says police were called to the AT&T store on Church Street at 11 a.m. Reports say the three employees working told officers that two armed suspects entered the store and stole a large amount of items.

Through the course of the investigation, Conway police were able to locate Jacody Gunter, 23, and Mi’don Holloway, 20, of Florence.

Gunter was charged with armed robbery, three counts of kidnapping and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. Holloway was charged with armed robbery.

The investigation into the incident is still ongoing and anyone with additional information is asked to call police at 843-248-1790.
