CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – Police in Conway served a warrant Tuesday on a person accused of firing several shots at a moving car.
Roshad Quanta Baldwin was taken into custody by Horry County police Tuesday and later charged with attempted murder, unlawful carrying of a pistol, armed robbery and grand larceny, $10,000 or more.
According to Conway police, the attempted murder charge stems from a shooting on November 20, 2017. The report from Conway police says officers responded to Westridge Boulevard.
The victim told officers he was driving when he saw Baldwin, who was walking down the road, pull his shirt up and begin firing shots at the car. The victim reported that he heard about 6 shots, according to the report.
Police noticed two bullet holes on the car, but the victim was not injured by the shots.
