CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – A Conway man died at a Georgia burn center after suffering injuries in an Horry County house fire.
According to a press release from the Horry County Coroner’s office,
Edward Campbell, age 72, died at Doctors Hospital in Augusta of injuries suffered in a house fire Wednesday in Conway.
The fire happened at his home on Gasoline Alley.
Assistant Fire Chief Jeremy Carter said Campbell was attending his gas logs in the fireplace of his residence and his clothing was ignited.
