CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – Conway Police arrested a man wanted in connection with an armed robbery from October.
According to a press release, Kenneth Green was arrested by Horry County Police Department with the assistance of the US Marshals. Green has been charged with armed robbery, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, and possession of a firearm by certain persons.
On October 3rd, 2014 at approximately 8:20pm, officers of the Conway Police Department responded to the area of Dillon Street in reference to an armed robbery. The victim reported that approximately an hour prior he was robbed by a black male armed with a handgun.
The suspect took several items from the victim during the robbery. During an investigation information was developed that lead to the issuance of warrants for Kenneth Dwayne Green, 29 of Conway.
