MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW)- Officers with the Myrtle Beach Police Department responded to reports of a stolen vehicle at Coastal Grand Mall around 7:15 Friday night, according to a police report.
The victim told police he drove to work around 4:00pm and that’s the last time he saw the vehicle in the parking lot.
The report states that around 5:02pm the victim’s boss called him in to ask if he drove his truck to work. The victim said he told his boss that he did. The victim then went on to say his boss told him the truck was not outside. The victim says he then walked outside to where his truck was parked and it was not there.
The victim told police no one has keys to the vehicle or permission to use is.
The report says the vehicle is a black 2005 Chevy Avalanche with black rims and Clemson stickers on the back. The victim said the truck has South Carolina tags that read KNR401.
Officers searched the are but were unable to located the vehicle.
