GREENVILLE (WBTW) – The Clemson Tigers (15-10, 8-5 ACC) defeated Georgia Tech (13-12, 3-9) 66-52 on Saturday afternoon at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena.

Clemson had a five point lead at the half and carried that momentum into the second. Leading the way for the Tigers was Jaron Blossomgame. He had 17 points. He also passed the 1,000 career point mark in Clemson’s win.

Georgia Tech was led by Adam Smith who had 12 points.

Clemson held Georgia Tech to 34.5 percent shooting, lowest by one of its Atlantic Coast Conference opponents this season, and had a season-best 10 steals in the win.
