HARTSVILLE, SC (WBTW) – The City of Hartsville announced Monday it has designated a special area for people to meet and exchange goods purchased on the internet.
The Internet Purchase Exchange Zone is located behind the Hartsville Police Department on 135 West Carolina Avenue and will be monitored from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day.
The release from the city says the area is marked with a sign and will be monitored by Hartsville police officers.
Items may not be left unattended. The sale of alcohol, drugs, guns, other weapons, heavy machinery, or other large items or equipment are not permitted.
