GEORGETOWN, SC (WBTW) – Georgetown police arrested four suspects for a shooting that happened at Plantation Apartments on Sunday, according to a Georgetown Police Department Facebook post.
Police responded to a call about a shooting that happened on Sunday at 185 Montford Road.
Victims told officers the suspects came to the apartment complex to fight over a cell phone password.Officers saw the suspects’ car as they were driving to the scene, stopped the car, which was being driven by a 15-year-old, and arrested four suspects, according to the Facebook post.
- Nasir W. Muhammad, 18, was charged with unlawful carrying of a pistol
- Amir Tyree Smith, 17, was charged with unlawful carrying of a pistol
- A 15-year old juvenile, the getaway car driver, was charged with accessory after the fact of attempted murderer.
- Jaquell Archie, 16, was charged with four counts of attempted murder and malicious injury to personal property. Archie has been taken to the Department of Juvenile Justice in Columbia.
The suspects were taken to Georgetown County Detention Center, according to the Facebook Post. Muhammad and Smith are still incarcerated on a $6,500 bond.
