OMAHA, NE (WBTW) – The College World Series championship comes down to two teams that were not expected to even make it to Omaha, let alone the finals.
The Chanticleers, in the CWS for the first time, beat TCU 7-5 in Omaha Saturday night. Arizona, who was picked ninth in Pac-12 in coach Jay Johnson’s first season, beat Oklahoma State to advance to the finals.
Game 1 is scheduled for Monday at 7pm on ESPN.
