MYRTLE BEACH- The search for an athletic director at Carolina Forest High School is over. The school announced on Monday night that Tripp Satterwhite was hired as the school’s next athletic director.


Satterwhite will replace former AD Boe Rainbow. The new hire comes from South View High School in Cumberland County, NC.

According to a press release from the school, Satterwhiteattended the University of North Carolina-Wilimington, where he received a B.A. in Physical Education.

He has been involved with education and coaching for close to 12 years.

Carolina Forest has not said when Satterwhite will begin his job with the Panthers.
