FLORENCE, SC (WBTW) – The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating a crash in Florence County that damaged a local fire department building.
According to the Howe Springs Fire Department Facebook page, security camera footage shows a light-colored car skidding out of control on its side Friday morning around 4 a.m. before slamming into the front of the building.
Firefighters were able to get the people out of the vehicle and were taken to a local hospital for treatment. The two people inside the car were not critically injured, according to the Facebook page posting.
