MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW)- The South Carolina Highway Patrol says one person died and two others were taken to the hospital when a vehicle struck three pedestrians on US-17 near Lake Arrowhead Road.
Troopers say the accident occurred at 10:47 p.m. on Saturday.
South Carolina Highway Patrol reports the vehicle was traveling southbound on 17 when the three pedestrians crossed the road.
The accident is still being investigated.
The names of the pedestrians and the driver have not been released.
