DARLINGTON, SC (WBTW) – Wednesday News13 had a chance to meet the Budweiser Clydesdales as they got ready for their moment at the track Too Tough to Tame.
The carefully selected horses will walk out on the track Sunday before the race to support the Budweiser drivers.
“So a lot of people are just at home and they aren’t able see the horses live in person, they just see them on tv in the commercials and this gives us an opportunity to bring the horses out and see them up close and personal and they really truly are gentle giants.”
The Southern 500 starts at 6 p.m. this Sunday night.
