Recipe:
4 oz of finely diced smoked sausage
3 oz of crab meat
4 eggs beaten
1 scallion sliced
1 roma tomato diced
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Laddle into a well greased waffle iron.
Set timer and wait till a golden brown
