1 Bagette, thinly sliced (about 1/8 in)

voo – roasted garlic and black pepper – 4 tbsp each (mix together)

reheat oven to 400.

lace sliced bagette on cookie sheets. brush tops with evoo mixture. bake until golden and crisp.

ol then spread each slice with cream cheese.

Mozzarella balls

Olive Shoppe Rich Chocolate Aged Balsamic
Cut fresh strawberries into bite size. Rinse fresh spinach leaves, drain and let dry. On tooth picks or skewers, place mozzarella ball, spinach leaf and strawberry. If using skewers, do layers until skewers are full. Lay on platter and drizzle with Rich Chocolate Aged Balsamic.
