Spicy Tuna Roll
Ingredients:
Sushi rice
Fresh tuna, chopped and mixed with spicy mayonnaise, sciracha and chives
Cream cheese, room temperature
Avocado, sliced
Signature Bond Sushi Topping
Preparation:
Spread rice evenly on mat. Layer tuna mixture, cream cheese and avocado slices, in that order. Roll up the sushi, cut it into bite-size pieces and plate it. Top with hot Signature Bond Sushi Topping.
