2-7″ – Flour tortillas

2oz – Smoked pork shoulder, pulled

2 slices – Canadian Bacon, julienned

1/2oz – Dill pickle, diced

3 oz – Swiss Cheese, julienned

2oz – Mustard Aioli- served on side

1/2 oz – Green leaf, julienned

1 oz – Pico de Gallo 

You would preheat the griddle to 350 degrees. 

Place tortilla shells on griddle

Place pulled pork and Canadian bacon on griddle and heat.

Top tortilla shells with Swiss cheese and dill pickle

Top cheese and pickle with pulled pork and Canadian bacon

Put tortilla shells together and continue to let tortilla shells become golden brown, when u get desired crispness

Remove from heat 

Cut into quarters and shingle on the plate

Garnish with shredded lettuce and Pico de gallo
