Buchanan Motel submitted construction plans to build a new hotel in Myrtle.
According to the Community Appearance Board it is reviewing the plans.
The board will make a final review June 4.
If approved, the hotel will be located on 1706 North Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach.
Once the board approves the plan, the applicant submits the full construction plans for the staff to review for building code compliance.
