CHESTER, S.C. (AP) – A suspect in the shooting death of Chester City Councilman Odell Williams has been ordered back to jail after prosecutors said he violated the terms of his release by going t0o a restaurant at 3:30 a.m.

that Circuit Judge Brian Gibbons revoked the bond for 20-year-old DeAngelo Roseboro on Thursday.
Prosecutors said Roseboro was at a Waffle House restaurant early on March 7. He was not supposed to be out after 7:30 p.m. They say he was a passenger in a car that led police on a chase to York County.
Roseboro is charged with accessory to murder after the fact in Williams’ death.
Williams was shot to death Nov. 4. Defense attorneys say he fired at the suspects before he was killed.
