Spartanburg County, S.C.(WSPA)- – The family of the Superbike killing victims watched from inside the courtroom as Todd Kohlhepp was seen Sunday morning for a bond hearing.
Spartanburg County Magistrate Judge Jimmy Henson denied bond for Kohlhepp.
During the hearing Seventh Judicial Circuit Solicitor Barry Barnette said Kohlhepp knows evidence that no one would know except the murderer.
Family members of the Superbike store murder victims in 2003 were present at the hearing.
The judge who oversaw the bond hearing was unable to set bond for the four counts of murder that Kohlhepp has been charged with.
