Body found at bottom of USC parking garage

COLUMBIA, SC – A person’s body was found at the bottom of a parking garage on Bull Street, according to the S.C. Law Enforcement Division.

The Bull Street parking garage is a part of the University of South Carolina’s campus.

The body was found on Sunday afternoon, according to SLED.

The cause of the person’s death is unknown at this time.

The USC Police Department and the Coroner’s Office are working with SLED to investigate the incident.

SLED is the lead agency in any on-campus deaths in South Carolina.
