Three men are in jail facing drug charges after they were arrested by the Bennettsville Police Department Friday.
Lt. Larry Turner, spokesman for the department, says officers took Herman McCall into custody in connection to alleged local drug buys in 2016 and 2017. McCall faces two counts of distribution of crack cocaine and one count of distribution of powder cocaine.
The Bennettsville Police Department identified two additional men arrested Friday as Robert Hepburn, Jr., and Jarrod Jenkins.
According to a press release, Hepburn was charged with one count of possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession with intent to distribute marijuana within half mile of a school, and drug paraphernalia after it was found in his possession.
Jenkins, meanwhile was charged with possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine within half mile of a school, and simple possession of marijuana after it was found in the vehicle he was driving.
All three men remain in custody at the Marlboro County Detention Center awaiting bond hearings.
