MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) — If you’re looking for something to do besides shopping the weekend after Thanksgiving, the 47th annual South Carolina State Bluegrass Festival is at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. To talk about the festival, and provide a unique perspective, was musician Rick Spinney with the Spinney Brothers.
