FLORENCE, SC (WBTW) – Authorities apprehended an escaped inmate early Tuesday morning.
According to the South Carolina Department of Corrections Twitter page, James Lash Russell escaped from Palmer Pre-Release Center in Florence late Monday night.
In an update posted around 1 a.m. officials say he has been caught.
