CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – Conway police say the arrest warrant for Malik Garner, the man accused of killing a Conway taxi driver, has been dismissed.
According to the release from Sergeant Darren Alston, Garner was initially charged after the Nov. 21 incident that occurred on Dillon Street.
Officers say no further details will be released at this time due to the sensitivity of the ongoing investigation.
