MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – Just hours after releasing photos of a car involved in a hit-and-run, Myrtle Beach police have made an arrest.
The Myrtle Beach Police Department released photos of a car involved in a hit-and-run that injured a pedestrian Tuesday night.
Cpl. Tom Vest with the department says the car was involved in a collision around 9:11 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of 21st Avenue North and Greens Boulevard, leaving a pedestrian injured.
Police said the car would likely be damaged in the front driver’s side area, specifically near the headlight, and the driver’s side mirror is hanging from the car, says Cpl. Vest.
Cpl. Vest says officers located the vehicle and made an arrest in the case Wednesday afternoon. The suspect’s name has not yet been released.
