MYRTLE BEACH (WBTW) – The Conway Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the 2016 Conway Christmas Parade on Saturday, December 10th at 10:00am. This year, the parade will be led by the Express Employment Professionals Clydesdale Team out of Oklahoma and will end with the appearance of Santa Clause!!! The parade offers entertainment for the entire family. After the parade, enjoy brunch with Santa at 12:00pm and take pictures with the Clydesdales at the Peanut Warehouse. Donations will benefit the Children’s Miracle Network.
The Conway Chamber of Commerce told News 13 that there will be a lot of new floats this year included with crowd favorites like the hillbilly Shriners. The Grand Marshal this year is CCU baseball star G.K.Young who led Coastal Carolina University to their 2016 Championship.
The parade route starts at 16th avenue and main street and ends at 4th avenue and Powell Street.
