MYRTLE BEACH (WBTW) – When you think of House of Blues, what comes to mind? Concerts, right? Well you may be surprised to find out that there’s actually a lot more going on at the venue.

Crossroads is House of Blue’s Restaurant and Bar. It’s open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner and has a Sunday brunch from 9:00am to 2:00pm. Some of their specialties include jambalaya, St. Louis ribs, shrimp and grits, and street tacos.

The Deck is another hot spot at the venue. There are drink

specials and bands scheduled throughout the week; entertainment is typically around 6:00pm or 7:00pm which is the perfect time to unwind and escape the heat.

The Deck also hosts Bike Night on Thursdays which benefits local veterans, and Sweet Reggae Sundays. Both events are at 6:00pm.

News 13’s Around Town has featured the famous Gospel Brunch on a past segment… the Kirk Franklin production features live gospel and an all-you-can-eat buffet on Sundays.

Murder Mystery Dinner Theater is offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Guests find themselves right in the middle of a comical murder mystery … all while enjoying dinner.
