A University of Illinois professor studied eight years of nutrition data in the U.S. He found while diners at restaurants took in more nutrients than fast food customers, both groups consumed more cholesterol, sodium and saturated fat than people who ate at home. Menopausal women
A new study in the Journal of the American Heart Association finds menopausal women have a lower risk of dying from heart disease than men. However, the study found the difference is less pronounced for black women. Doctors recommend all women take preventative healthy steps, since heart disease is the number one cause of death in women. Indoor tanning
