Amedisys Hospice is teaming up with K&W Cafeteria in Murrells Inlet on Armed Forces Day, May 16 from 4PM-7PM to honor and give thanks to veterans.
Amedisys will be recognizing each veteran in attendance as well as educating the community on the We Honor Veterans program. We Honor Veterans is an initiative of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) in collaboration with the Department of Veterans Affairs that focuses on compassionate listening and active recognition for U.S. veterans.
Veterans will be given a special treat from K&W.
