MYRTLE BEACH, SC – The Chapin Memorial Library will host an AARP Smart Driver Course, 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Saturday, October 29, 2016. You can refresh your driving skills and learn new rules of the road, along with research-based driving strategies to help you stay safe behind the wheel. It’s a four hour course.
