Eight people were arrested on Tuesday following drug operations in Horry County.
“On Tuesday Nov. 20, 2018, the HCPD Narcotics & Vice Unit and Street Crimes Unit conducted operations throughout various locations in Horry County,” Mikayla Moskov, with the HCPD, said. The operations resulted in the following seizures and arrests:
– Deney Terrill Hemingway: charges include distribution of heroin for a second offense
– Derrick Ternell Bessent: charges include distribution of crack cocaine
– Dayquan Devon Johnson:
- charges include distribution of schedule I-V, two counts of distribution of marijuana, trafficking crack cocaine for a second offense, PWID marijuana for a second offense, possession of schedule I-V for a second offense
- seized items include 2.9 pounds of marijuana, 12.75 grams of crack cocaine, six pills including ecstasy and Adderall, about $8,649 in U.S. currency, and a 2001 GMC Yukon vehicle
– Jermaine Sinclair:
- charges include four counts of distribution of crack cocaine for a third offense and PWID crack cocaine for a third or subsequent offense
- seized items include about 8 grams of crack cocaine and about $1,500 in U.S. currency
– Teddrick Terrell Livingston:
- charges include driving under suspension and possession of marijuana
- seized items include about two grams of marijuana and about $1,515 in U.S. currency
– Terry Terill Durant:
- charges include trafficking crack cocaine, PWID cocaine, PWID meth, PWID schedule I-III, unlawful possession of a firearm, and possession of a firearm during a violent crime
- seized items include about 15.9 grams of crack cocaine, about 1.4 grams of cocaine, 1.1 grams of meth, three Suboxone pills, and a Smith and Wesson 380 cal. handgun
– Emily Rose Nicole McIntyre:
- charges include PWID heroin for a third or subsequent offense
- seized items include about .5 grams of heroin
– Gerald Robert Waslenko:
- charges include possession of crack cocaine
- seized items include one gram of crack cocaine and a 2008 Audi vehicle
According to J. Reuben Long Detention Center booking records Hemingway and Livingston were released on Wednesday.
