MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – It was a bit of a chilly weekend, but that didn’t stop about 700 people from going for a swim for a cause.
The polar plunge in Myrtle Beach was held over the weekend.
It’s the 14th year Myrtle Beach has held a polar plunge to benefit the Special Olympics Athletes and their largest turn out yet.
The event raised more than $100,000.
