BISHOPVILLE, SC (WBTW) – Three people remain in jail Tuesday night in connection with an Easter Sunday shooting in Bishopville.
Carlton Burris, Shakimbra Reames, and Shykillia Soloman each face three counts of attempted murder and criminal conspiracy charges, according to a press release from the City of Bishopville Police Department. A judge denied bond for all three.
The shooting happened at a home on Muldrow Street, the release said. The incident reportedly started “with an argument and ended with a shooting.”
Police say two adults were shot outside the home, and a 7-year-old got hit by a bullet that went into the home.
The child is in critical, but stable condition and the two adults suffered non-life-threatening injuries, the release also said.
An investigation continues. Anyone with information is asked to call the BPD.
