Seven people were arrested after two homes were searched for drugs in Georgetown County.
According to the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office, deputies and DEU agents searched a house at 938 Columbus Road in Sampit following a search warrant. There deputies found heroin, crack cocaine, powder cocaine, and marijuana, all being packaged for sale. They also found a loaded semi-automatic handgun, and packaging materials.
At that home, Rosita Moses was arrested for possession with intent to distribute, crack, heroin, cocaine, marijuana as well as possession of a handgun by a felon.
Sanjay Stafford was also arrested for possession with intent to distribute, crack, heroin, cocaine, marijuana and possession of marijuana.
Julius Frasier was arrested at the home for possession of marijuana and contempt of family court.
Following the search of the house officers arrested Stacey Jamall Stafford on Thursday when he appeared in court to enter a plea for drug charges from 2017. He is being charged with possession with intent to distribute, heroin, crack, cocaine and marijuana, as well as distribution of heroin.
On Thursday deputies and agents searched a home at 109 Plum Lane in Andrews. There they found drugs, hypodermic needles, and money.
According to a report, when law enforcement entered the house Derrick George locked himself in the bathroom and attempted to flush heroin and marijuana down the toilet. Agents were able to recover them. George is charged with distribution of heroin, possession with intent to distribute, heroin and marijuana, as well as failure to appear for a resisting arrest charge from the Horry County Police Department.
Also arrested at the home on Plum Lane was Ashley Cooper (below left) for possession of heroin and Brittany Miller (below right) for contempt of family court.
