DARLINGTON, SC (WBTW) – Seven men from Darlington County pleaded guilty or were sentenced this week in Federal Court for drug charges Sheriff Wayne Byrd said in a release.
Donald Bernard Chapman was sentenced to 120 months in jail, followed by five years of supervised release, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 280 grams or more of cocaine base and 5 kilograms or more of cocaine.
Jerry Sidney Boyd was sentenced to 144 months in jail, followed by five years of supervised release, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 280 grams or more of cocaine base and 5 kilograms or more of cocaine.
OBryan Demetrice Williams was sentenced to 120 months in jail, followed by five years of supervised release, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 280 grams or more of cocaine base and 5 kilograms or more of cocaine.
Sherwin Antwain Carter was sentenced to 96 months in jail, followed by three years of supervised release, for possess with intent to distribute a quantity of cocaine base.
Clifford Edward Shirley, Jr, was sentenced to 120 months in jail, followed by five years of supervised release, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 280 grams or more of cocaine base and 5 kilograms or more of cocaine.
Joseph Laverne Brunson pled guilty for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 280 grams or more of cocaine base and five kilograms or more of cocaine and is awaiting sentencing.
Tavares Mclamore Wingate pled guilty for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a quantity of cocaine base and a quantity of cocaine and is awaiting sentencing.
