MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) – Police arrested three people on drug charges after a search at the White Sands Motel.
The Horry County Police Department’s Narcotics & Vice Unit served a search warrant on Friday at the 700 block of North Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach.
Raymond Ruffin Jr., 39, of Georgetown, Misty Lynn Jacobs, 39, of Myrtle Beach, and Angel Dawn Darling, 29, of Myrtle Beach, face the following charges:
Raymond Ruffin Jr.: Distribution of heroin, third offense; possession with intent to distribute marijuana, third offense (6.24 ounces); possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, third offense (5 grams); trafficking cocaine, third offense (38.49 grams; trafficking cocaine base, third offense (27.15 grams); and trafficking heroin, second offense (9.28 grams).
Misty Lynn Jacobs: Possession with intent to distribute marijuana, first offense (6.24 ounces); possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, first offense (5 grams); trafficking cocaine, first offense (38.49 grams); trafficking cocaine base, first offense (27.15 grams); trafficking heroin, first offense (9.28 grams).
Angel Dawn Darling: Possession of cocaine base, first offense.
Approximately $611 in U.S. currency was also seized.
All three remain in jail at the J. Reuben Long Detention Center as of Monday afternoon. Ruffin has a bail set at $120,000, Jacobs’ bail is $50,000, and Darling’s bail is $3,000.
