HARTSVILLE, S.C. – Investigators are searching for a second suspect in the shooting death of a 24-year-old Hartsville man.
The Darlington County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Reneka Shane Brown, 26, of Hartsville. Brown is charged with accessory after the fact to murder. Investigators say Brown allowed her vehicle to be operated in the commission of a homicide and attempted to hide the vehicle.
Desmond Coe, 24, died in the shooting incident at about 11:30 on Sunday in the Pine Ridge area.
Investigators released photos from a store’s surveillance system showing a man and the vehicle they believe were involved.
